We do not request deposits. Payment is due on completion of works. The exception is on larger projects where we will agree stage payments on a pro rata basis on completed works.

Many customers, particularly those with children, have been concerned about odours, dust and lead in paints. We have addressed these questions by using low odour paints, Wet and Dry sandpaper (which reduces dust levels to a bare minimum) and Dulux paints which are lead free. We have also set up a skilled removal team to move carpets and furniture, with the minimum inconvenience to the customer.
